Old like manhood, the Taif cheese has the flavor of the peaks: the sun and the wind flavor it taste. After 9 generations we still continue with the manufacturing of the cheeses that we mark with letter “m”.
Using the same yesteryears receipt from La Mancha (technique used in that Spanish region) brought by the Jesuits 300 years ago and using cow milk; we manufacture cheeses that are internationally well-known. They are presented in six varieties: natural, with oregano, with pepper, with black pepper, with paprika and with special grated cheese. Visitors can appreciate on a daily basis the milking process and the subsequent manufacturing of our cheeses.
